The future of fashion meets the future of gaming.

Adidas is entering the Sui ecosystem through a new partnership with XOCIETY, a Web3 shooter game that combines fast-paced action with role-playing progression.

Announced on May 6, the partnership will bring Adidas’ digital identity collection — ALTS by Adidas — into XOCIETY’s gameplay. Players can expect new ways to use their ALTS NFTs inside the game, though full details of how the avatars will function remain tightly under wraps.

The collaboration represents more than just digital gear. It’s a merging of communities that value creativity, expression, and ownership. Both XOCIETY and Adidas have made clear their intent to explore the intersection of culture and tech through blockchain-based experiences.

“This is more than a brand collaboration — it’s a playbook for digital identity in on-chain gaming,” noted the XOCIETY team.

Backed by investors like Hashed, Spartan Group, and KRAFTON, XOCIETY runs on the Sui blockchain, allowing for real-time asset ownership and NFT transferability within the game. Whether in PvE missions or PvP showdowns, players use NFTs not just as cosmetics but as functional game assets.

Sui called the Adidas-XOCIETY news a “statement”, emphasizing how mainstream brands are embracing blockchain-native identity and permanence.

“Web3 gaming isn’t coming. It’s here,” Sui’s team posted.

Beyond gaming, Sui has expanded into Bitcoin DeFi (BTCFi) and data-focused applications, with its TVL reaching $2 billion in early 2025.

This Adidas-XOCIETY link-up could serve as a blueprint for future collaborations where real-world brands plug directly into on-chain experiences — delivering digital utility, not just hype.
